WHO WE ARE
21 Pinchos is a tapas restaurant founded out of a love for Spanish food, dining culture and hospitality. It is a place where people come together to enjoy lunch, drinks and dinner.
Since November 2024, 21 Pinchos has been officially certified as an authentic Spanish restaurant. This recognition was awarded by ICEX, Foods and Wines from Spain and the Embassy of Spain. The certificate confirms what we stand for every day, authentic Spanish flavours, products and hospitality.
For us, it is about more than just food. We believe the best moments happen around the table. That is why the menu at 21 Pinchos is filled with freshly prepared pinchos, Spanish tapas and dishes made for sharing. Whether you are joining us for an evening with friends, a family meal or spontaneous drinks, enjoying time together always comes first.
This idea reflects a well-known Spanish tradition, la sobremesa. The moment when the meal is over, but the conversation continues. Ordering another drink, sharing stories and making time for each other. That is exactly the feeling we want our guests to experience.

Our team is made up of people with different backgrounds, cultures and stories. It is a mix of colleagues who were born and raised here and colleagues who have made the Netherlands their new home.
