Contact form

When you fill in the contact form on our website, we collect the data you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use this data solely to respond to your question or request, and we do not keep it any longer than necessary to handle your request.

Job application form

When you apply for a job through our website, we collect the personal data you enter and/or attach in the application form, such as your name, contact details, CV and cover letter. We use this data solely to assess your application and to contact you regarding a possible vacancy. If your application does not lead to a job offer, we retain your data for up to four weeks after the application process has ended, unless you give us permission to keep it longer (up to one year), for example for future vacancies.

Media

If you upload images to our website (for example via a form), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) where possible. Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the website.

Cookies

Our website only uses functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work properly. We do not currently use any analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies (such as Google Analytics). Should this change in the future, we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, where legally required, ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies via a cookie notice on our website.
